not paying home loan

You might recall on silvercartelstackers I said I was going to stop paying my mortgage.
As the bank lent me no money.
And all the financial boffins were shocked and aghast and thought I was a scamartist.

But theyre brainwashed into thinking we live in a capitalist economy. Its communism. There is no money.
The vatican allowed us to keep operating after the great depression meant the world owed them more gold than exists on earth: by operating in bankruptcy.
And we're allowed to keep operating by pledging in leui of gold the sweat of the people as security. Not just sweat of course but the rights we have to the minerals we own in the ground. Which in Australia with oursmall population and vast natural resources is big $$$ per man.

Of course to make it palatable, they assured us we could have certain nicities like education services/ health etc one of these benefits is home ownership of course. Or rather home tenancy.

So when I went to the bank , to get a home loan I actually filled out a form to draw on this privelege. And created so many 1000s of $$ debt in doing so. Which was credited to the bank upon me filling out this form. Then sent to the previous owner (tenant).
The bank was not offering a home loan at all. They didnt lend their existing funds or borrowed them from some mysterious marketplace. But were merely facillitators of my accessing my benefit. They cant legally use savings for loans anymore. If you realise what we call money is actually debt. And fully appreciate that concept. It starts to make sense.

Anyhow i sent a letter to the guy at the bank instructing him of my enlightenment. And if it wasnt true could he please provide proof by sending me the original T accounts of the transaction.
That was a few months ago. All he does is phone me. Wont respond to me in writing. And the bank keeeps sending me letters saying that my payment was dishonoured. Whats interesting is that the amount I owe is being ramped down. Rather than up. They seem to be trying to make it as attractive as possible to start paying my mortgage again. You'd think theyd be doing the opposite.

A right is just that. It isnt a gift given to you by the police, or a government department,nor do they have the power to take it away.

Most people know laws are unfair, and getting worse. But they follow them out of fear and ignorance.

None of these laws are in force! They cannot have force without Royal Assent. And they wont get royal assent because iof the queen ratifies any law that infringes on our rights, she loses the throne.

Valid Government requires valid Acts. Both are necessary else one cancels the other.



Any Notice or Demand for payment invariably cites one or more Acts as proof that the notice is legal, and has teeth therefore.



Does it..? Do not confuse lawful with legal. The difference is very important.

The very thing that you were trying to prove, that the bank didn't lend you money but your signature did. She linked it with UCC and Modern Money Mechanics that explains how the banks expand the money.

There was an old court case where a guy in America challenged the bank that the bank didn't lend him money because there was no consideration provided by the bank hence contract didn't exist. He won. Judge died days/weeks after. And the case has been banned to be used since then. I can't remember the name of the court case.
