Body parts.
Been seeing my doctor for awhile regarding pain in the lower back and left thigh. I've had a series of quarter zone injections which is a bit like taking illicit drugs...the first hit is always the best, and from there on it's all down hill. Doc says the backs not a drama and should'nt get any worse ( just put up with the pain ). The leg's a whole new issue, at first I could'nt step up a step now I can hardly walk on level ground. If someone had told me this was what happens when you retire I'd have kept working. Then he steps in for the kill...step on the scales... go on I need to weigh you. 87 kgs ...just as i thought he said carrying to much weight..putting added pressure on the spine and ligaments. Yeah I said since this all started going pear shaped I've not been able to do my regular walking to keep fit. So what do I do? Don't know he says I'm a doctor not a clairvoyant. Come and see me in a couple of weeks...Next!

Bloody hell. That doesn't sound real good mate. have you tried the hydrotherapy? Exercising in the pool.
The water takes most of your wait so you can do exercises that you cannot do on the dry land. I have been
doing it for my ankle. The deeper you go the easier it is and vice verse. Might be an option if normal walking
is difficult. It allows you to start getting the movement back and obviously exercise that you wouldn't otherwise
be getting.

It works really well. I could do exercises and stretching that were impossible on land as I couldn't fully
weight bare on my ankle. For myself the fact that I could start those exercises earlier meant a faster
recovery. I can fully weight bare now but I am still going because it is helpful with things I am still
having difficulty with. Highly recommended. Just make sure the pool is heated.

Re: Body parts.
Not old and incabacitated yet, but when we went to tassie for a holiday recently we hired one of those jurgen and heidi cambervans. Fore the first couble of days I couldnt get into the back off it and walk thru, but I forced myself and by the end of the 2nd week I could do it.
Moral of story, the more you avoid moving your body through the different dimensions, the more brematurely inflexible you become. So get low, get high as often as you can. Crawl, stretch, hunch, climb, squat, etc in order to remain as flexible as bossible. Do what kids do, ub down, ub, down.

How does the saying go? "use it or loose it." Why doesn't that work with my gut.
I guess I do use it, as a beer storage facility

I suspect the spelling standard here is scarying away new members
Butch buy yourself some ghee. Clarified butter. And eat a shitload of it. I did the ligaments in my arm and its the only thing that keeps it attatched. Stopped alot of pain and it became quite useful again.
Well it was coming good before I got it twisted by some bozos in masonic clown suits in court last year. I should sue them for my ghee costs aswell as treason.
Don't worry about cholesterol, its what your brain is made of. Thats why doctors tell us to lower cholesterol, so we become stupid. Stupid enough to go back to the doctor when we know they're bloody useless.

It's also good for removing tar spots too, so if you smoke, spray some down your throat.
