scammer hit a neighbor- comical- in a way

So the retarded guy- as it turns out drinks and beats his wife. (he is a ward of the state- mentally not an adult)

So one day I look over and see a black biker there. Im like- what does a biker want with a guy who is like a 5th grader??

Well- the next day- the wife pounds on Cindys door- "my fiorecet pills are missing". Uh huh. (controlled med- and abused by some)

Gee- I wonder how that happened!!!

We are thinking of reporting him to the battered womans shelter- his drinking is getting worse- he banged on ricks door at 10:30 pm wanting a check to go out. Rick is not his gaurdian- some lady from the state is. If he bangs on my door at 10:30 there is going to be a problem.
