now she wont take my calls!

So- x has delemnas- we talk often. Friends over 20 years. The last 3-4 times she told me to pray for her. So I said I would. Then I thought- I would have shirley pray for her. So I called from shirleys house and told her we were all going to pray.

This was 5 days ago. I have called her house many times since left some messages- brief.

What did I do wrong? Dont tell me to pray for you if you dont mean it!

Shirley was sincere and I heard the whole call on speaker phone.

Or maybe she is collapsed dead in the stairway...

I now am in a mood to chatty chat on the phone- and no one to gab with!

Last week- a cousin laid some serious saga on me. Told me stuff that floored me. I do not want to go into it. I thought- cool- we will talk again- well now she does not want to gab.

A month ago- a buddy told me something personal.... and then he avoided me.

Some things- told in confidence must stay there. Other things can be discussed maybe.

In the last year- a good handfull of people feel they can talk to me.

I rant on the boards- vent here- then am the strong silent type in person.

If you sell me a bag of lies- I am going to figure it out. Wreck your life- I dont care. People do what they want to do. They want advice then do not want to hear it.

My best friend passed away 3 years ago... and there is a void.

Well firstly you spelled fuck wrong to start with, no l in it. Secondly she may have burst open during the telephone prayer
session and died as the demons tried to leave her body.

I talked to her.

She is mad over comments I made. So it seems- that no matter what I say it will be the wrong thing.

I have a car and she dont- so I cant possibly understand and I am blamed because somehow I should know how to make this better with out saying something she does not want to hear.

No matter what I say- I am going to be wrong- so I think we need to take a break.

Give her some time an space, if only for your own sanity. You can please some of the people some of the time but you cant please all the people all the time. If that doesnt work , call Dr Phil .

She is acting like she needs to be placed in a group home.

You know what that qualifies for? ...the door. Anyone who knows my know I disagree.

Last night she went out dancing and might get with a 63 year old guy if he buys her stuff- like a used car. The trucker knows this- and told her not to be mess what they have which is nothing. She has no ring- he does not take her to dinner- bring flowers- or even bring fast food over. Woman cost money and he is going to lose her by being a tight wad.

On her end- she is blaming the whole world for the bad decisions she has made. It is everyone elses fault but hers.

At what point do I call her counselor or psychiatrist? Not now- tho-- I am staying out of it.

Maybe the 63 year old will dance with her and buy her stuff- a used car is not a bad price for regular sex.

I used to enjoy springer. I do not know how OZ tv works- but US tv is terrible. You get MAYBE 40 minutes of content in an hour- and the rest is commercials- teasers and promos. When they cut away from the program it is harsh tones- sounds commotion, hard on the nerves. There are so many interuptions when the show comes back they recap- (they also tell you what is coming up sometimes) so this means you might see the same content 5x, maybe even more. It is a total insult to endure US tv. Now even during the content- promos will dance across the screen- and count down clocks to some other dumb show fixed to the screen. It is a total mess.

Yes Central I know just what your on about .It pisses me of two. Things have gone so bad for me lately that I wish TV was the only thing i had to worry about. In the past week I have seriously considered suicide. I think the only reason I have'nt is the fact that I have'nt got the guts. But it would seem a plausible way out. Anyway hang in there buddy!

Hey Butch, you are old enough to know that even the worst problems you have ever endured and thought would be the end are hardly even memorable any more. Mate I don't know what happened to you this week but will it matter in 5, 10 or 20 years. When you think that we are merely a dust speck in the whole scheme of things are our problems really that bad. Yeah they hurt and it all feels like shit at the time, but as those of us that have been around for a little while know, they all get better and in many cases forgotten with time.
