Does anyone here enter the Perth Mint competitions? I enter all of them but as yet have not won anything.
Costs nothing to enter so I will keep trying. Gotta be in it to win it.

Well putting up this post the other day must have been a good omen.
Just got notified by the Perth mint that I have won the May bullion competition.
1x 2012 Perth Mint Gold Proof Australian Sovereign.

Gotta say that has just made my day. Got a grin from ear to ear.

Wow, I still can't believe it.

I'm going to slip back over to the Perth Mint site and check my Sovereign out.

How ironic is it winning only 7 days after making this post.

I can't normally win a bloody chook raffle (a chook is a chicken cpa. They would have meat raffles at the pub for
a frozen chicken, chook raffle.)

That would be a good topic, prize wins.

I haven't got it yet, they are sending it next week. Said they couldn't send it to my PO Box though? Not sure why.
If you order through them they will send it to a PO Box.
