Aussie dollar

Post by Freespeech on Mon May 07, 2012 12:37 pm

The $AUD is copping a bit of a hiding in the last week Down to $1.0182 as im typing .Whats your predictions on the next week or two up ,down or sideways ? .

Personally i think it might go up again after the dust settles on the interest rate drop . . hopefully the traders will see theres FA else to put there money & get it up a bit .

You have to ask yourself what has caused the demand for AUD

Commodities

Australias high interest rates

Our low debt to GDweewee ratio

Sovereign crisis and USD devaluation I think only blay a small bart. Its the 3 things above that are more imbortant

1.0021 is as good as parity for me. It's not like 0.0021 of a cent will get you anything or make any difference.

Why do we even count it to 4 decimal places. Pointless.

Coz if you trade in forex cash in the milions, 10s of millions, billions etc it matters. Hybothetically and ridiculously imbrobably lets say you drobbed a cool billion on the forex trade overnight and it went u 0.0002, thats a brofit of 200 000
