What's going on? Why are you having trouble sleeping. It normally suggests a problem that is eating at you... Work out what your problem is, come to terms with it or fix it and the sleep will come.

Yes that can be hard. My advice for what it is worth.. Get off the drugs (pain killers) as soon as you can.
Don't be a slave to them, look after yourself.

Vicks Vapour Rub. Smear a lil bit under your nose,clears the nose breath easy an walla walla bing bang good night sleep.

I slept better! I have an idea what it is. The basement is musty- and I just opened it up to air it out- before I crank on the furnace for the Winter. Apparently it is effecting my breathing. I took some antibiotics and am in a quest to get the basement DRY.
